The ICSE Fundation is a non-profit facility, which provides services in the field education and health. The main target group of ICSE are people with a social mal-adjustment in the field of learning disabilities, attention deficit disorders, hearing and visual impairment. In this connection ICSE already converted measures in the field of ICT (internet, communication, technology). They established a virtual campus from where e-learning programmes are conducted and the participants are taken care of. Fundación ICSE participates in the European Project GAMBE. The major target group of the gambe project are people with social psychiatric disabilities. Especially people without work who are being discriminated on the employment market. An additional major target group are social active people in the community. People who are interested in integration work. These people are trained and coached during the process and they are the essential link between the people with handicaps and the communities.
